I gained the majority of my professional social media marketing experience at Hybrid Marketing Co., where I was able to work as the social media manager for Lightshade, a dispensary in Colorado.

The best part about this client was the free-range I was given to experiment with content. As my coworker, Aaron Rosenbluth, Hybrid's Director of Content, and I always say, social media is all about experimentation.

With Lightshade, I was able to explore different aesthetics, post-types, caption copy and more. We found that the audience resonates with a feminine stoner aesthetic represented by images curated from Pinterest.

The Whats-Your-Strain-Name Post
For this post, I assigned 31 days to 31 typical cannabis strain prefixes, and each letter of the alphabet with strain suffixes. Followers then would put together their birth date with the initial of their first name to get a ridiculous strain name that represents them. 

This post gained tons of engagement, which was rewarding because 1. my post did well and 2. the comments were hilarious!
